I am waiting for the verification process to be completed so that I can withdraw some winnings, however I’m concerned.
Looking at their terms and conditions, the UK appears to be on the list of restricted countries, however on their website there is a specific drop down for users from the UK to sign up.
I am looking to withdraw a substantial sum of winnings & I am concerned they will refuse this.
I have used their online Webchat service and they have dodged the question so many times and essentially refusing to confirm that UK residents are not restricted.
