Hi everyone - Im in California and used a social casino that did everything to avoid the requests for responsible gaming - time outs, account closure and purchase limits all included. The site is licensed, by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, but they havent replied yet. Any idea who to report this to? Iv tried various departments here and they keep passing me along to another. Any input would be helpful.

Iv always wondered if anyone oversees how these sites are run and make sure they are following rules, such as responsible gaming, etc. Does anyone know?

If you run into an issue, support is useless. I attempted to redeem $3000 multiple times, only to have them marked as failed. I contacted support and they said the processor is down and I cant redeem. I used most of the funds ofcoarse. They said they would make it right after, but refused to do anything more then say sorry. Stay away!!!

This is a new site and I came across a few issues - 1. Redemptions cancelled by them 2. System "error" for new redemptions. Tried 3 different cards, with "VIP support" unable to figure out the errors 3. Charges a processing fee per redemption, which is not disclosed Stay clear of this site.

Found this through a facebook post. Made an account, won some with "bonus" money, and they are asking for a deposit in order to redeem. Has anyone heard of them? Im thinking its a scam fraud but wanted to ask first.
