I already reported them to the Hungarian Consumer Protection Authority, Curacao Gaming Control Board) and also they dont want to share the information about their operator contact (TechSolution) which their obligation should be. What more I can do and is there any possible way to get my profits back and got paid it?
  3. @Afi4wins I know I broke their rules but what I could done is their fault as they let me play and made deposit and got my account verified and in the end when I want a withdraw they refused it and take all my profits away… it’s everything but not fair and I’ll do everything to get my winnings back, Do you have any other suggestion how I can get back my profits?

Yeah that’s their fault for sure, but I deposited 20.000 HUF and won 130.966 HUF in a few hours doing sport bets and they let me play for long hours and deposit money and got my account verified (bank account and mobile bill and id card approved) only when I won and asked for withdraw they said that and took away my 110.966 huf profit

I am the same person I gave the same datas for them so they know just one person created 2 accounts… the problem is how they could allow that after exclusion and how they could verify my datas and allow me to deposit and play and when I won why they taken away all my profits?
