I'm uncertain, as I've repeatedly asked for clarification, but live support consistently tells me they have no further information to provide. Now, I’ve been blocked from accessing live chat as well.
Given that the issue occurred immediately after I completed KYC and have no other accounts (despite their claim of "ban evasion"), I can only assume this is the cause, though they've left me with little explanation.
I accept the ban itself, but seizing funds feels unnecessary, especially since I haven’t benefitted from any abusive behaviour like farming or similar practices.
