I am from a one of state of india where gambling is banned , in 2021 i joined stake using vpn and i confirmed with stake team that i am from some part of india where gambling is banned they told me dont worry use vpn and you can go through , i only did level 1 kyc and start doing bet on stake . i was doing a sports bet with decent amount of money for almost 3-4 month i kept losing all the parlays on stake sports book , but suddenly 1 day i hit 18k odd parlay on stake in 2021 and on that day i withdraw all the funds from stake and suddenly they locked my account and told me to do level 2 kyc , when i submitted level 2 kyc they told me you're from a indian state where gambling is banned and rejected my kyc and stopped my fund i tried many ways to get my funds but they didnt gave me . So after keep trying long time i stopped betting on stake and forgot my funds. For now i shifted to another state as business purpose and started stake again as my gambling addiction but still its kinda scam .
