I've sent Bovada three emails now over 3 weeks of pictures of my face while holding my ID to get them to verify my account, and every single time I go to the support chat they ask me to send a new one. I've made sure it was the right email I'm sending to. I know an agent added a typo to my birthday and they won't tell me what it is or how to fix it, so they can't use that as a security question. I did put my husband's name as the account name because I thought it was asking for who referred me and I got confused, but I sent a photo of him holding his ID as well. One of the supervisors finally let me withdraw all my money, but he closed the account again too fast and I didn't get to finalize the withdrawal.
