I think I can figure it out thanks. In this situation, are they supposed to refund me?

i team I would like to make a complaint against a decision I received via chat from online casino peachy games. I requested a refund for a deposit that made that was over my deposit limit that was subsequently lost. They said it is wagered and so within there terms and conditions can't be refunded. I was able to deposit £6,000 when my daily limit was only £3,000. The date was 29/03/2024. The gambling commission website says that I this situation the casino must adhere to the players limits and refund anything over this even if wagered. Can you please confirm that this is the case and what next steps I should take?

Site is called peachygames, I have had big pay outs in the past usually in a couple days. Still being told that they are waiting games provider to validate win - but it was in blackjack over many hours so I thought simple to verify. They say delay is due to Easter public holidays. Requested withdrawal on evening of 27th March so a week ago, but in that time was a weekend and 2 public holidays so I guess a delay to normal timelines makes sense.

I am still waiting for the withdrawal, I think the Easter holidays got in the way as only requested it on Thursday last week. I will update in a few days, I think I am just being over paranoid.

Hi all I am waiting for a withdrawal from a casino after winning 30k. My concern is that I was able to proceed my max daily deposit of 1500 twice as first attempt seemed to fail so tried another card. - for some reason both were added so I had 3k in balance. In reaching the 30k winnings, I never used more than 1500 of my deposit, so maybe it would have stopped me anyway. But I am concerned that they might try to use it as an excuse not to payout Thoughts?
