Hi, I am trying to submit a casino complaint but am unable to do so because the email address used at this casino contains a plus "+" symbol. The askgamblers submission form is telling me that the "Casino email is not valid". I am also unable to change it at the casino, so I can't go that route either unfortunately. The askgamblers.com registration has no trouble accepting an email with the plus symbol but it doesn't work on the complaints form. Is there any way around this?
