I recently deposited 50$ onto my online casino with a 100% deposit bonus so I got $50 in bonus play. I did a bonus hunt acquiring 7 features on various slots at low stakes ($0.20) spins, I hunted for bonuses until i had $0.17 left, however upon reaching $0.17 in credit my bonus play was automatically forfeited, So I could no longer finish the wagering requirement of 35x since it didn't display a bonus. When I went to open my first feature, it shows I won 22x which is $4.40 however it never was credited into my account I suspect because the bonus was forfeited and this must be a measure they have in place to stop people from saving features for after the bonus funds is gone. I tried to explain my situation to the Live chat but they didn't understand what I was talking about and said I currently don't have a "bonus" active... My plan was to open the free spins use the winnings to do more hunts and try and complete the wagering. Now I have 6 unopened free spins but I don't want to open them cause I won't get credited for it. I don't know what to do the live chat doesn't seem to know how slots work or what free spins are.
Anyone else have a similar experience? Is there some way they can resolve this or am I screwed? Thanks.
