I can confirm I just received a e-mail saying you are verified after sending the same information over the course of weeks.
Will I actually get my money? >.<

If I were you, I would choose a PERMANENT solution...either a permanent self-exclusion, or close the account permanently. Who knows, 5 years later, you may open a new account at another one of Jumpman casinos, without realising it, so it's best to stay away permanently.
I've had two e-mails relation to a rejection of the front of my card today, even though they were to what they requested....
Oh I would kick right off don't even go there lolThe safer gambling team sent me a email saying the refund would be in my account in 1-3 working days, but after that non stop rejection ID emails and requests for documents so I assume the withdraw was put on hold.
That's a good shout actually I might opt for a PERMANENT self exclusion, I don't want to go through this again, I'm not been funny but I sent the exact same documents to Mr Green and was verified within a hour and payment hit my bank account seconds later.

A complaint was raised on Resolver.
Thought I was getting closer as one of their responses was I've requested your balance to your card it will take 1-3 working days to appear.
Then a few hours later, documents rejected e-mail, requesting information already provided. -

The front of my card, even with certain numbers blanked, even sent them the back.
(That card was used to deposit onto the site)Utility Bills, Bank Statements and Phone Bills etc...
(The bank statements even show the transactions to them)
And my Driving Licence was rejected!

Having issues with Britain Play which is under Jumpman Gaming.
I sent them a full front of my card and it was rejected >.<
It seems they are doing all they can to avoid paying out
and making my life extremely difficult.
Anyone else had issues with Jumpman Gaming?

At this point I don't care if they double the withdrawal fee of £2.50 to £5.00 if they give me the funds >.<
