May I ask what the procedure is for getting a new casino listed? Do you guys have to vett and review additions to your list or is the list created and driven by complaint requests? Just curious. I played some more and got it up to 2300, tried to cash that and no go.. I played some more and go up to 5600.. they cap their withdrawal limit at $4000 so I have a $4000 pending withdrawal. I'm at business day 15 so far, 5 to go, and from what I have read they're going to tell me I passed the review and now I can request another withdrawal and wait another 5 business days. Are these people in their right mind or what??? How can they continue to do this and get away with it? Then I found this site and WOW I am shocked at the amount of complaints that you have helped people with. Think about how many people don't know about your service and how many people ended up getting burned with no recourse. Same thing as Tangiers.. 5 business day delay for withdrawal only to ask for some paper, then another 5 business day delay, then now a 10 day business day delay. (20 business days total so far, and I expect it to continue ..) Are you able to add them to the list? Winnerama looks to be their newest casino. Everything else about the casino is great actually.
