Dear forum! I won €2100 in slot Midas yesterday. When I was logging in again to cash out the winnings, I received a message that my account was blocked. I immediately called the customer support to discuss what had happened. The customer support told me that they had blocked my account because I apparently had multiple accounts, but I don't have multiple accounts. It is very suspicious that they blocked my account right where I had this high win. Furthermore, I have had this account for a few weeks. Why didn't they block me if I had multiple accounts where I haven't won large amounts? Has anyone encountered such a problem? Does anyone else have any tips for me to get my winnings?
