Update: this afternoon the withdrawals, that were approved on august 31 and september 1 hit my bankaccount. So for now all is well that ends well, though I must state that I still find the verification selfie with all the demands pretty strange

Thanks for the tip, it worked! After uploading a dozen selfies in a span of 30 hours, and having them be 'not approved ' by the casino, I managed to sent in one that met all their requirements (a selfie, while holding my (redable) ID and a handvatten note in one hand and that also showed (at least a part of) the hand that was taking the selfie). Support has confirmed that my account is now fully verified) Now I'll keep waiting on the withdrawals that were approved last saturday and sunday to hit my bankaccount. These were made after the first 'standard verification (ID,, proof of adress and proof of payement) was succesfull.

@Icy no it's not Luckydreams. I'll tell as soon as I've received my withdrawls wich casino it is. @cocopop3011 after a few mails back and forth with support they told me that my hand doesn't need to be visible, but at least some part of the arm I'm taking the selfie with, so they can be sure it's a selfie and nobody else but me took the picture. So I'll try again and keep y'all posted on the progress, positive and/or negative, so the community can make a better decision when someone is thinking about joining this casino.

Thanks cocopop3011, I'll post the name of the casino as soon as the withdrawal request I made (and were approved, both before this strange request). I don't want to risk them making things more difficult for me. And yeah, if've never had such a strange (and impossible) request for the verification of an online casino account (and I've had a lot) Anyone got an idea how I can make such a selfie?

Hi guys, I need some help. A casino is asking for a selfie, with me holding my ID and a handwritten note showing the casino's name and the current date. It took a lot of trile and error, but I managed ti do it, shiwing my face, the note and my ID all very sharp in the selfie. I was pretty proud. After I had sent that, it got rejected, because 'they couldn't see the hand that was taking the selfie in the picture' ....wtf? As I am a middleaged man, without an IG account, I rarely take a selfie. Can anyone tell me how to make a selfie, with in one hand holding my ID and the note , that also shows the hand I'm taking the picture with? Thanks in advance, Thijs

Hi guys, After having made some succesfull deposits and withdrawls at betmaster.com, they now ask me to verify my account. Obviously very standard procedure. They ask for photo 's of my ID and the bankcard i used to deposit (wich i allways have handy), so no problem there. But....they also want me to sent in " Selfie of you holding your Passport/ID card front page and a bank card. Photo must be taken on a background of this chat. " Does anyone have a tip on how i can do this? Only have 2 hands....
