Don’t know where else to post this question so apologies. I played Casumo for a few years. 3 times they have asked for verification. This time they stated that I am spending more than my income. Which is true as my partner gives me money when I need it. I sent them proof and since then I self excluded as I was spending too much. Since sending the last verification bank statements i have heard nothing from them. They’re not replying to emails. I’m worried to death that they think I’m some sort of money launderer or something. The amounts I bet were approx £1000 a month and over a three month period I made a loss. I’m worried sick over this especially as they’re not responding to emails.
