Hi, I have a very bad gambling issue and in April 2018 I registered with GamStop. It locked me out of pretty much all the casinos I use apart from Sky Vegas even though they were registered with Gamstop. I have deposits upwards of £10k since April 2018. Surely this is not right ? Am I entitled to ask for a refund of deposits? What do you think the likelihood is of me getting anything back? Anyone had similar experiences? I haven't moved or changed my identity etc. Thanks
