I won't post links out of courtesy, but here are some good tips I found:
 

Hit 12 against 2 or 3
Always split 8s and aces
Double 11 except against A, double 10 except against 10 or A
Split 2s and 3s up to dealer 7
Split 6s up to dealer 6, split 7s up to dealer 7
Don't double 8 (I used to do this one a lot)
Double soft hands against crappy dealer cards
