My email to them after Why was a cashout allowed to addresses I have never used to deposit or withdraw before? This should be against security. How can you claim you have high security when you allowed that to take place also? A refund must be made. There is no question about it. An employee stole my money and you allowed it and are protecting them. #1. Someone logged into my account at the same time I was on it. #2. The money was removed right after I threatened to cashout and close the account and was heading to the cashier #3. The casino allowed 2 people on at the same time? #4. The casino has no security to warn them or multiple log ins from two different countries. I am from Canada. #5. The casino allowed two withdrawals to two different addresses at the same time to addresses I have never used before? #6. I never got a password reset or any log in notice when someone logged into my account. #7. The hacker just randomly knew I was on after no being on Gamdom for 4 months? #8. The hacker just randomly by coincidence knew to steal my money right after I was goign to cashout and close my account? #9. Super secure computer #10. Had security at my hospital runs scans on my laptop that found zero issues #11. multiple people claiming Gamdom is stealing money from their account #12. Contacted all casino and banks and asked for history of log in attempts. No attempts anywhere at all.

yes and both were rejected. So I apologize if I am not being overly polite here. I was literally robbed by a casino and you rejected BOTH things and basically did everything possible to not help me. (not you personally but this website) Someone on casinomeister told me to reach out here the admin wants to help. So here I am giving it another go because I believe gamdom has either changed ownership or there is an employee theft ring inside of Gamdom and if it protects others getting robbed, so be it Thank you for taking your valuable time using AskGamblers “Write-A-Review” feature and for sharing your feedback. Im going through my emails when this first happened. In point form. I deposited and played. i deposited $700. Got my account to $2000. I posted a comment to someone on the chat messanger. "Im out of kraft dinner" The mod said im a beggar and banned me. I opened up live chat and spent 15 minutes arguing with an agent. Saying that mod should be fired for alienating players and calling them beggars when clearly I have $2000 on my account. I told them I want an apology for insulting me and banning me. If I did not get an apology I would be cashing out my money and leaving. I cant remember their response but it angered me and I once again said fine I will cashout my money and close my account. Minutes after this as I was still in the middle of a session. I was heading to my wallet to cashout. I watched as the money was moved around and then removed from my account before I could cash it out. I then opened up live chat and asked where my money went and why would an employee steal my money. They locked my account. In an email they claim "your account was breached through your credentials" My account is not accessible to hackers. It is the highest security possible as I work in administration in a hospital and have access to patient records. So the highest security in north America (same security used as banks and FBI) My password was 12 letters and numbers that is not possible to guess. I had $20,000 on 4 other crypto casinos. $8000 on non crpyto casinos. I was playing in these casinos at the very same time as Gamdom doing bonus buys. $18,000 in my paypal And amounts in various banks Money removed from Only gamdom and only for $2000.. seconds after I told support I was pissed off and cashing out. I have been playing online for 10+ years and NEVER had this happen. Not 1 single casino or bank or ewallet even had the slightest attempt at a breach. I play on Gamdom maybe once every 3-6 months. It would be impossible for a hacker to know I had a balance at that exact moment and be a billion to one chances that my funds were taken minutes after I was closing my account and cashing out. This is their fake claim. Emails that were followed were ridiculous comments to me about changing my password so I can redeposit. Yeah. Ok. Im going to redeposit after you just ripped me off? Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us and for sharing your concerns. We completely understand how upsetting and frustrating this situation must feel, and we want to assure you that we've taken your report very seriously. Our team has reviewed the case carefully. What we can confirm is that your account was accessed from a new IP address originating in Estonia. We also want to clarify that none of our support staff have access to player passwords or the ability to log in to accounts, and our investigation shows no signs of any internal involvement or data breach. Withdrawals can be sent to many different types of addresses, such as personal wallets, exchanges, other sites, or friends. Since players are not limited to a single withdrawal address, we cannot know whether a given withdrawal was one you personally approved. Unfortunately, once funds are withdrawn to an external wallet address outside of our platform, they cannot be reversed or refunded, as they are no longer in our custody. That said, we have flagged the wallet address connected to this case as fraudulent so that it is reported within the wider network. We truly regret the experience you've had, and our priority is to support you in every way possible moving forward. If you would like, our team can walk you through additional safeguards that are available to further protect your account. Please don't hesitate to let us know how we can assist you further. Kind regards, Kevin The above email is completely ridiculous for the reasons I posted above. Furthermore, many other players have posted employees stealing their money also. This casino is clearly stealing from players using a crpyto wallet and ip address from estonia and then trying to blame 'hackers' for all the thefts. The reason I believe they are providing this evidence is if they were forced to provide evidence, they can simply just show IP address from Estonia. ya right. So everyone only gets hacked on gamdom but nowhere else?

Yes casinomeister. They tried and Gamdon responded with they will not co-operate. And I tried casinoguru and they told me its a cyber crime so they cant help. I tried complaining here when it happened and askgamblers I think said the same. They cant help. A casino stole my money. Its as clear as day. Lots of other complaints on forums and other places and everyone just seems to not be bothered.
-
Np problem. It is what it is. The casino wont cooperate and respond to me so nothing I can do about that. They stole my balance and others and nobody seems to really care. Well affiliate websites dont seem too concerned by it. Casinoguru told me to call the cops. Casinomeister tried and Gamdom told them they will no co operate, askgamblers said they cant help. So we will just keep gamdom rated highly and pretend this didnt happen. Not sure why the admin wanted me to come post here and then tell they cant help.

yes. Sent to a crypto wallet. When this happened was the only time Gamdom responded to me. When I told them that an employee stealing my money is ridiculous they just said sorry your balance has been cashed out to a crypto wallet and 'someone' from Estonia took it. Ive had a few players contact me and post on other forums this happened to them too. So it seems its pretty. normal for them to steal balances and then blame hackers and then just ignore players
-
Hi. I cannot post anything at all as Gamdom refuses every request and completely ignores me and refuses to respond to me. All they basically said was the $2000 is gone and they cant help ...and then dont respond to anything further. The only proof I have is my word and the situation and how it occurred. My account is not hackable. Got into an argument with live chat and told them im cashing out my balance since im not getting an apology and seconds later my money was taken before I could cash out.

Hi there. Not sure where I am supposed to post this but I was told by someone that someone who works here, I should post my story I was playing on Gamdom casino and I ran into an issue. I posted some joke in chat. Not swearing. Not rude at all. And a moderator banned me and called me a beggar. I had a $2000 balance so I am nothing close to a beggar. I was pretty annoyed so I contacted live chat and told them that behavior is unacceptable and I want an apology for that person calling me a beggar etc. We had some back and forth and I told them if I dont get an apology then I will just cashout my balance and leave. Within minutes of this comment, an employee logged into my account and stole my entire balance. Gamdom has tried to blame a hacker which is obviously ridiculous and untrue. I do not play here often. There is no way a hacker new I was there at that time and there is absolutely no way a hacker randomly stole from me right after I said I will close my account and cashout. But just in case a small tiny chance this was true. I had scanned my entire computer, i checked my email and I messaged all crypto casinos where I had balances. i contacted my bank, paypal and everything and asked them to review my accounts to see if there was any attempt at breach or a hack. Every single company came back and said there were zero attempts. Furthermore, my password is impossible to guess. I work in a hospital so my computers are the securest they can possibly be. So as I knew anyways, an employee went into my account and stole my money and then tried to blame a hacker from Estonia. It was clearly an employee from Estonia and all they said is someone from Estonia logged into your account and stole the money. Oh ya sure. I believe that. So I threaten to close my account and cashout my funds and a minute later a random hacker just decides to steal my money? Right.... I had thouands on other crypto casinos, other casinos. my bank and ewallets. There were ZERO attempts. If it was a hacker, they would have targetted me everywhere. There were no password request changed. Gamdom casino refuses to engage. They refuse to answer ADR questions. They refuse to answer my emails. They refuse absolutely everything and just said sorry your $2000 is gone and nothing we can do about it.
