sounds like the system is buggy-- they should set the withdrawal to approved when it is approved and it shouldn't be that hard to do. "pending approval" makes no sense after what CS told you either.

that was a really, really fun bonus at slotland. i can't believe that i forgot about them, that Tikal Treasure game was nice this go-around. support made sure that i understood the bonus when i asked because 1x is really, really low for a casino that's been around as long as they have. it amazes me how generous they are.
still ended up busting out last night though... should've just gone to bed

lol I evened out almost exactly, should've stopped after summer and I would be up about a thousand euro. really not bad at all though considering it's a losing game, and it was very fun
