Nothing new to be honest I’ve been charged a fee for a dormant account before!

Morning all!
 
I requested a deposit on the 28th October for £600. 9 days had passed and still no money. I contacted vegasland and spoke to good ole Ron, he said they’d had issues.
 
Time went on and I began to feel like I was never going to see the money. They had promised a copy of the swift confirmation which came yesterday, in fairness, it looks like their payment company is holding onto the money. The swift said the money was processed on Monday and it reached my account this morning.
 
Keep the faith, although it’s painfully slow, they do come through in the end. I kept it polite when messaging but I did message almost everyday.
 
Never usually post but if you’re anything like me and you’re worried you’ll never see it, it’s nice to know someone genuinely has seen it.
 
Saying that I withdrew £600.30 and received £600 - here’s to wondering whether I should try to get my 30p, could buy a Freddo with that!

I too am waiting on £750 gbp from this site. Withdrawal was completed 9th November .......still no money.
 
I have a number of emails from good ol' Ron, in customer services, telling me they have a problem with the 3rd party transfer provider etc.etc. Emails assure me the money is on the way, next week on Monday is their latest offering for when I will receive my withdrawal cash!
Bunch of scammers.
AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I deposit like gbp600 in this casino I Wong gbp760 i withdrew on the 13 of October and after 10 working days I did not receive any money because they did a typo so on the 30th of October they say the will compensate me gbp40 so I will get pay GBP800 and on the 8 th working on the 8 of November I received an email stating that they have problems with their payment provider . Now customer support keep saying that I will receive my money but is being 1 month and 1 week since I withdrew .
 
They hat stop replying my emails since the 8 of November.

They have done the same thing to me exactly the same email from Ron and am still waiting for my withdrawal 500gbp.

Still haven't heard anything back from them
