  1. Good guide, cheryl! You've learned a lot pretty quickly :)

The important thing to remember is that, with each change of rules, comes a new optimal strategy. A single-deck game, for instance, has different strategy moves than you'd use in a four-deck game. Other variations like no hole card, no double after split, etc. change things up too.

But a quick google can give you all the answers you need.

  2. Not a big reality programme fan. it's ridiculous what people will do to get on tv.

    Maddening, sometimes, ain't it?

But, IMO, the best reality series of all time would have to be The Mole. Fantastic franchise idea -- put a bunch of people together and assign one the task of ensuring the others fail without being caught.

Seasons 1 and 2 of the US version with Anderson Cooper were my favorite. Anderson is the perfect host, omg. There was just something really genuine about the whole thing that hasn't really been demonstrated since.

But a lot of other countries have their own versions, too. The series actually started in Belgium, and the UK and Australia have picked it up, too, along with many non-English nations.

If you can find it, it's quality stuff!

  3. Hi Cheryl :)

I'm a big blackjack fan myself, so I think I can give you a few tips.

The best thing you can do is learn the basic strategy for any blackjack game you choose to play. You can usually find these online pretty easily. They're typically in the form of a chart. These are particularly handy online since you can leave them minimized in the background and look at them if you are unsure of the perfect move.

Just remember to always play the best way you can! Intuition doesn't usually work out very well.

Hey guys, hope August is starting off great for all of you. B)

Jackpot Capital's big August promo has kicked off. The theme is Smurfs, and the prize pool is $60,000. All you need to do to participate is play! Log into your Jackpot Capital account (or download the casino if you don't have an account yet) and make a deposit using any of the available methods.

Check your scores by checking the leaderboard. There's a different division for each level of gambler based on average bankroll. Earn 1 point...

    • For playing at least $1 once a day.
    • For every $100 deposited.
    • For every $100 wagered.

Good luck, and let us know if you make it to the top!

  5. I think it'd be fun to see how we're all doing with online gambling. Feel free to post here about your latest session. Share your joy or your pain!

(Of course I'm doing this because I had a dang good one not too long ago ;) )

    Casino: 3Dice Casino

Deposit: $0 (I played from a tournament win)

Game(s): Just about everything. I put $5 on 2 in roulette and won. B) Also, Aztec Enigma was good, and I fell in love with Old Glory.

    Ended With: $400

I sent in for a check withdrawal and should have it sometime this week.

Your turn! Just use the above format if you'd like. :)

  6. Glad I don't live in the US!!!

It's good that they're keeping Americans who have played before though, but the whole thing still sucks lol. usa needs to get its act together.

As an American, I agree. Our government needs to take a few hints from the Europeans when it comes to online gambling. I wish I could actually play with other software platforms. Good luck getting THAT to happen, though.

makes me thankful to be a brit :D

    Jealous! ;)

I am glad really that they still open. slotocash is my favorite rival

Yeah, even though people from the USA have the least amount of choice, we've still got some excellent casinos to play at. I'm glad Sloto and DNC are still keeping existing registrants since they've been two of the best places to play in America.

  7. Well, we've got some more bad news from the land of the red, white, and blue. As announced in the Box24 Casino thread, software company Rival Gaming is requiring all casinos using their software to stop new US players from registering by August 7th.

Sloto'Cash and Desert Nights Casino have just informed us that they will be stopping US registration by August 7th.

Please note: Current US players will still be able to play without any problems.
