    First of all, let’s recreate your actions in order
    1) You have made a first deposit at 02:19 PM on 4th of August in the amount of 62 euros and received the “first deposit bonus”
    2) After that you at 05:09 PM on 4th of August made a withdrawal 
    3) After that you at 05:35 PM on 4th of August made second deposit in the amount of 94 euros to participate in “Lucky Friday”

    According to the 1xBet Rules you were not eligible for participation in "Lucky Friday" because of two reasons:
    1)You made a withdrawal before a deposit was made 
    2) You received your “first deposit bonus” in the same day
    The second action prohibited also the next Rule: the offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or special offers 

    Also, we double checked your request to our Support Service and as we can see you were told that you can’t participate in “Lucky Friday” because you don't follow correctly all the Rules. This is exactly what our Support Service told you. In case you have any screenshots where we can see another information, please send it to us

    1) We have found out that you don't follow all the Rules correctly in order to get the "Lucky Friday" bonus. Please note the next Rules:
    - If a customer has made a withdrawal before a deposit is made, the "Lucky Friday" bonus will not be credited to the customer's account (as in your case)
    - The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or special offers 

    Therefore, you are not eligible to get the "Lucky Friday" bonus according to the Rules above because you've already made a withdrawal earlier and you've already got the "100% bonus on the first deposit"

    We kindly ask you to notice that you made a withdrawal before making a deposit. The withdrawal was made on 04/09/2020 at 05:09 PM (Brasilia Time) and only then you make a deposit of 62 euros
