  1. Hi Valdes, Yeah normally AGCCS works great. However at casino it doesn`t, because they don`t react to any of the complaints. I really cannot understand why this casino is published at askgamblers. Perpapse Askgamblers should consider to remove this casino from their site, since this casino is a real scam.
  2. Its very sad to see that this casino is still stalling payments with al kind of excuses. When I started playing at wildwildbet I lost a big amount. So I had a bad start. A few months later I tried again and I managed to win €3600 so I made a withdrawel. A few days later I received the following email. Our game providers decided to check activity of this account, since there were constant winnings. But when I lost in the beginning I never received an e-mail from them that they wanted to start an investigation because of the fact that I lost that much money. So I tried to contact them but they didn’t react my emails for a week. Neither there phone or skype was working. The phone number is a chineese non existing number. At that time they didnt had live chat, but as far as I can see its useless. I was so desperate that I filled severall complaint at several “casino watch dogs” and even sent emails to Antillephone N.V., the licence validator but they ignored me. Then I finally received a e-mail from wildwildbet that evolutiongaming wanted to Investigate my winningstreak. So I contacted evolution gaming by live chat, and it appeared that wild wild bet wanted to investigate my winning streak and not evolution gaming. I therefore asked evolution gaming why it was taking so long to investigate my winnings and they told me that they received the request a day ago. Wildwildbet was lying. They waited a week before they asked evolution gaming investigate my gaming activity. This casino uses excuses to stall withdrawels, so players will lose the money. Then they blocked my country (the netherlands) from playing, they told me it was a tech glitch that I was able to play. Luckely after waiting more then 2 weeks I received all my withdrawels but it was a real nightmare. I recommend you to fill in a complaint at Antillephone N.V. aswell, perhapse they do anything about this casino, but I am afraid they wont. Also dont gamble your money away just wait and eventually they will have to pay you.
