Hi all new to the site
have been trying out a few online casinos recently as my luck has been up and down
saw a couple popular you tubers using codeta so though i would give it a try
first deposit and a hour later was a few thousand up so decided to withdraw
sent all my KYC documents straight away as i though this would speed up withdrawal times
had the email saying my account is all verified and so on
so far its been 6 days and the withdrawal is still pending and speaking to customer service they are telling me they are waiting for evolution gaming to check if the game is ok?
never heard of this before and what it has to do with me i do not know have told them this but just get the same answer waiting for evolution gaming
has anyone else had problems like this or is this just a normal occurrence have played many casinos online and most are 1-2 day withdrawals with no issues

I am new here but not new to the world of gambling. I come from the line of matched betting for the past 9 years. I have dipped into freebies and low risk casino stuff eg 100% cashback offers. I am yet to delve into it fully though. My husband made 30k 10 years ago when things were well peachy in gambling land. So I am late to the party!I have just done with having babies and am back to finding my feet and making some more pocket money! Soooo ... I have read the basics on how do to this and house edge etc. I am basically looking how to take this forward. Especially now the casinos have say the likes of roulette etc as only being 20% of the WR for a bonus! Is there still a lot of money to be made or is this basically dead in the water now? The old BGO was great. This brand new BGO leaves much to be desired. I could deposit without taking up bonuses which I don't like and have won many times on occasions. It was my fave place to gamble. Now I'm doing some research, read reviews on< SNIP> to find another reliable casino with better support, cause every time I try to contact online help I never get an agent.
