Contacted them on Instagram. They waited a day and repeated the same rhetoric. Haven't responded since. I've emailed the Management email in their ToS, and no response. I did contact their licensing board but I'm not even sure if what they have posted is legit. I don't see a resolution coming and can only try to warn others at this point.
