Yeah, I've had this happened quite a number of times over the years, at various casinos, where a max bet limitor was not present. It all happened by accident, never intentional, and all were detrimental to the bonus wagering! Withdrawal rejected, reimbursement of lost max bet denied and absolutely nothing was gained by such errors.

I did this, but thankfully the casino (Wolfy Casino) prevented the spin from going through (the fact that many casinos don't prevent you from accidentally going over the max allowed is predatory IMO) On Pragmatic's Hyperplay, I have a habit of clicking and pressing space immediately after. Betting as in sports betting? Thought Pinnacle doesn't do sports bonuses (most reduced juice books don't).  I'd love to see what the bonus you're saying that you were denied was. Or are you talking about the casino. They didn't have a casino in the beginning, not for ~6 years after their inception (at least according to wiki).  Please give us more details about the bonus!
