Having the stream next to the odds is nice, but the delay can be annoying. Sometimes the odds already changed while you're still watching the previous play lol. Split screen is useful tho, just wish more books had better coverage for smaller leagues.

@vickiedotd You're welcome. Since there are no accusations thrown at you by the casino, it's probably simply taking a much longer time for them to respond, for one reason or another. There have been cases whereby things took 2 or more months before being resolved, so perhaps you should allow a little bit more time to see if they do respond later.

One thing that gets overlooked is the seed rotation part. Most casual players probably have no idea they need to change their seeds before they can actually verify anything. I think casinos could make the whole process a lot simpler. Maybe add a reminder after a session or explain what the nonce and server seed actually mean. Having a verify button is nice, but its not much use if people dont understand what they're checking. At least Shuffle gives you the option to check things yourself. Would be good to see more casinos doing the same.

They have delayed no real communication, now on 15th day, despite chasing I have only ever received generic what look like repetitive automated bot responses thanking me for my patience assuring me me it will be escalated and prioritised. They have now stopped responding
