They have a habit of doing things like these. They deny players money by accusing them of having multiple accounts, breaching bonus rules, cross betting and other stuff. When players file a complaint they tend to return money in most cases so I suggest you to file a complaint against the casino.

I very rarely take the risk of losing what I've already earned, so I usually take whatever number of free spins that I've won.
