How would it be possible for an individual to prove that he did not use any tool?  I know I didnt use any arbitrage tool and I'd happily prove it if there is a way. 

I did not use any arbitrage tool, these bets are my own as I watch I lot of tennis and ideally target what i think is valuable.  There is no tool I was using, so they accusation is false. 

Using A.I. based programs, such as Arbitrage Betting Softwares, are definitely prohibited at all casinos.

As for me, I want only Pragmatic - Bragg and Booming Games are just not kind to me. 😜

Do you mind sharing the bets you wagered on this casino? I have a feeling that you may have made bets using arbitrage betting method. If that's the case then they have a reason to not pay you but if it's otherwise then you do have a case.
