Playing nice with the casino, throwing them a bone, trying to get in their good graces... doesn't do anything for you. no some casinos closed my account becasue i simply wasnt profitable for them. i play very disciplined and look for +EV situations, selecting the right bonuses mixed with the right promos etc... in the the last year bwin closed my account because of that, making the total number 4 or 5, i remember ultracasino too. have to check some old mails or notebook to find the others.   thats something thats not too rare imo
