Player has gone to casino guru and is now in some never ending loop of them asking silly questions and 7 day timers getting reset  just about had enough of the whole thing and we are very active on X etc and don’t like calling any operator out (especially when they “seem” to be decent) but patience is wearing thin 

They are highly related in a lot of places but there is a blatant issue with one players account that they have stonewalled on - and now seem to be running away from and we’d (on behalf of the player) like it dealt with
