If it was never allowed, why did the system allow it, why did they approve my withdrawal, and why did they return only the €200 instead of keeping it all? That's not consistency – that's picking and choosing what suits them. -

Clarification doesn't change the wording from 'spin' to 'transaction.' And it doesn't require returning the €200. -
The casino refunded back your 200 EUR because it was supposed to be not allowed, and they confiscated your 12000 EUR because that win was not supposed to have happened or won.

@jonnyveikko2006 Let me say what I think - they changed the wording (not the rule) because 'per spin' would mean one spin in the base game, but 'per transaction' would mean the total amount of that one spin, which would include any bonus buy amount or any gambled winning amount. It's not changing the rule, it's actually being more specific, as @Blackjax has said. The way I see it, you don't have a solid case against the casino, but that's just my opinion. 😇

@cocopop3011 I've checked my Timeline and there is no such transaction! If there was, I would certainly have seen and read the notification.
