Okay, the fact is, you have already accepted and played that 250 EUR bonus...too late now...you should have rejected it or asked the casino to remove it if you didn't want it....but that 1x wagering (an error) caught you by surprise and took it nonetheless.
At the end of the day, in any disputes, the T&C will prevail and the casino's decision will be regarded as final. Sorry mate, but it's no case for you, the way I see it.
I guess you think its a "free non deposit coin bonus" then but this bonus has no 7 days void rule so basically your are just wrong

I didnt ask now I was asked about the €250 it was just added to my account. Technical it was neither a "deposit bonus nor a no deposit bonus"
*keep in mind the 7 days void rule is only valid in deposit bonus
4) I got the €250 extra money after I requested the withdraw so I waited until the withdraw was completed to avoid compications
5) I asked vipsteal about wager at that time multiple times and it was only about 1x (got €162.5 as actual wager left)
6) it would be a horror when vipspel is changing wager amounts secret while player are spinning slots (I got no message about changed wager or error or anything)
vipspeal was breaking near all of its terms to avoid paying out winnings
just for info support asked me in the beginning after I deposited €500 cash if I want a reload dep0osit bonus which I refused. At this point I just want to wager once and withdraw

maybe its not clear at all
1) deposited €500 cash no bonus with wager 1x for withdrawd
2) finished 1x wager and did withdraw which was approved
3) vipspel support sent me mail like "treated you bad , we are sory we added you €250 funds)
4) waited until €500 withdrawel was completed
5) account was then €250 bonus with wager 1x (€250)
6) finished wagwer again then wager was out of nowhere €22.0000
7) when I was €3100 funds they reset my bonus account out of nowhere
oh yes vipspel is fine no reason to complain

There is no Martingale system period (its simple math)

first I must say that I have lots of money and dont care if I win or not so I just play for fun and try to play smart

vipspel was a complete joke to give me a new 90x wager after a finished wager and drop me a time limit out of nowhere
when a casino gives you a new wager after you finished a wager I dont expect askgambler to tell me something like read terms before deposit etc
vipspel is doing what they want to avoid paying winnings and I expect askgambler to warn other people so they dont get burned too

AG is strong, they have helped lots and lots of players, recovered millions in total. Casinos will only blacklisted when they do not pay their players or taking way too long for them to pay their players etc but I don't think they will added to the blacklist because the wagering time is too short. 7 days is reasonable and if you only have an hour a day to play, then I'd advised to play without bonus or deposit a smaller amount to buy yourself more time. This might sounds harsh but I don't think the casino is responsible of your gaming time
7 days is not reasonable because when you deposit a big amount your will be virtual unable to finish your wager
to cut player time to finish player wager is unfair and should lead to blacklist
in european consumer law any paid bonus/coupon must be valid for 3 years
dont forget vipspel dont give the player any possibilty to check for wager or time limit
a player simply cant know when time is over

Don't get me wrong, I'm not being arrogant here because I too, as I said, would need way more than 7 days for that amount. However, it isn't impossible. There are players that play all day every day and would certainly give that wager a run for their money.
Again, we couldn't possibly check this for every single bonus we add, it is the players responsibility to at least check some of the terms.
And a lot of our bonuses do already include info about max bet under 'Additional Information'. Often you'll see there a time limit too. It's something that we already add but it isn't included on every bonus. 7 days maximum time should not be allowed on askgambler (not displayed here as bonus) esp when this info is super hidden and you cant check it yourself how much time is left and email support "forget" to tell you that when you ask for wager info
this is like punkching the gambler in the face and askgambler should stay strong there
in general t&c is no timelimit and in general t&c there is not even a link to "bonus terms" in VipSpel

autoplay dont work as slots do stop after 100 spins or simply stop with timeout

technical when you make a timelimit of e.g. 7 days like vipspel you could give anyone €1M bonus funds because its impossible to wager it and all will end with zero
so any bonus on casino shoudl be displayed with
wager time limit and wager maxbet
people can then check before they deposit if and how much they want to deposit

you dont understand its not 7 days to deposit its 7 days to finish your wager . When you cant finish your wager inime you lose your funds
Try think when you deposit €1000 on a 200% bonus so you must wager €3000 x 33 = €99.000 withing 7 days which is almost impossible
so in the end you end €0 without any chance to win
