The reason why we continued accepting complaints against them despite their complete unresponsiveness over the last couple of months before being shut down is that in case they get a new owner /and that's quite possible to happen considering previous experience with operators went broke / there's pretty big chance to get your money, eventually. Solving unresolved complaints with the AGCCS is a must for any new or existing owner having in mind the influence which AGCCS already has over majority of players who deem necessary conducting a minimum of a due diligence before joining any online casino.

Hi guys, I am owed £1754 by smartlive from a withdrawal I made 11.06.16 and never recieved - I am very worried I will never get to see my money. I really hope this can be solved and someone is made to pay all of us!

Hi @supernuk did anything come of this? I tried calling and left a message, do you have any direct contact for the person at Menzies dealing with this by anychance? Smartlive gave me the run around for too long leading upto this, I was owed over £2000 from them, I have chatlogs and screenshots.
