Never a good idea to play somewhere if another person on the same network plays there; really not acceptable at most places because of the fraud opportunities that it opens up. Any feedback from support?

that does not sound good i am afraid most casinos have a rule where you can't play there if someone else in your household already plays there and yes they can void the withdraw. next time i'd ask in advance so you don't get this dilemma.
 
with any luck they will just slap you on the wrist and give you your money but it's hard telling.
