It's only $7 or 1mb.
They replied me it's connection issue and only refunded 50% of the lost.
Sportbets.io ignore other bets being rejected without refund during the game, although I have noted thrice during email and live chat, also ezugi live chat.
Wasn't satisfied how "serious" they treat their customer.

My bets were all rejected on Ezugi, 0.75mb were lost during this event.
So on my first bet 0.25mb or ($2 lol), a message popped up says bet are rejected.
I thought okay, I will be refunded, but my balance earlier was 1.274mb, now 1.024mb
Contacted Ezugi on the chat, a simple "Hello" would takes minutes to response.
Timeline are included on the bottom right of each game.
I tried a 2nd rebet if the bug persist, it does. I took a screenshot.

Just earlier I placed 3 bets of 0.25mb, my bet was rejected, my balance wasn't recovering.
When you message the supports it takes so long for them to reply you, half hour for a ticket number.
When I asked the customer support on the site, he goes "I can see that the round before was played correctly."
If all bets are rejected repeatedly, how can I play correctly?
I have bad impression of how ezugi handle issue, also their support chat box used to swap to public chat box like every few seconds, so your query goes to the public and you have to re-type.
One more funny thing is, as I said all bets are rejected, yet in history I found I won a game, but my balance wasn't increasing either.
Bad, anyone has similar impression or its just me?
I will post the screenshots tomorrow as the limits for a newcomer on AG.

Some games offered by them like Akhbar....??? Dabra? Are not available on Evolution.
No wonder Ezugi lacks of crowd player like Evolution does, everyone thinks the same!
