Hello, I have encountered a problem last night in the early hours of the morning. I have been playing this game Mega Moolah for two days  and have put alot of money in this short period .  During this time i had a few chances at winning the progressive jackpot. If im correct, on the first day , i got to turn the wheel i think its  3 or 4 time. And each  time , the arrow landed on the red segment, the mini progressive. I won 10$ each time. But last night or early hours in the morning, i got to turn the wheel again, but this time i was so happy to see were it landed. It stop right in the yellow segment , the  major progressive for the amount of around 10 000$  it was a little more then that , I think it was around 10 888.$ I was sooo  happy , figuring that it finaly paid off , but that was shortly lived. A red message in a box came over the wheel ,stating that i had won the mini progressive, witch is false.  You cant imagine how upset i felt. It took me a while to accepts to play on line because i cant go any longer  to the casino since i moved.  I wasnt sure if it was safe to play on line. This was my second or third day, and had put alot into it for that short period of time.  Not having anyone to speak to when a problem happens, so I took down the time it happened and got in contact with a agent on chat.,  I Did report this right away. I have saved our conversation and he seems to be saying the prize i won is what the prize box says! Its because i know were it landed and the prize box dont correspond with the yellow segment at all, its not were the arrow landed.  I know the difference between yellow and red, I was told they will investigate  into it and should get back to me by  email within two days. I am a honest person and i truly hope this casino reward will also be. I do want to continue playing but this matter needs to be looked into and taken care of. I see this has already happend in the past ,and also with the game, Actualy  I just red someone else message and the exact same thing happened, the only difference ,his progressive was a little higher then mine. Hopefully this will be taken care of in a right full and honest  manner,so i could come back and enjoy many hours of pleasure. 

P.S I forgot to mention a important information, the casino is called Grand Mondial
