  1. Though it would be good to have software reps (rather than just casino), it’s rarely going to happen. As V says, they sell to the business so they have little interest in the consumer from that point of view.

Personally I’d think it’d be great if there was a provider point of contact. I doubt it’d be much value though as they be very reticent to discuss anything due to IP etc.

I wouldn’t change provider just because of that - if I was hitting big they could have a delay of 15 minutes per spin ;-)

Yes, i totally agree. askgamblers.com should have provider reviews as well. Thats somehow missing here in my opinion.

  2. As far as I know, Play'N Go just like any other big company out there dealing with casino software and games is using B2B (Business-to-business) models of communication instead of B2C (Business-to-customers) ones. Therefore you shouldn't hold much hope in receiving a response from them any time soon.

The only way to contact them is by filling out a contact form. I guess you are right, with that being said a company name is not required to contact them. As well I refer to my post above:

videoslots.com and leovegas.com are on their way to contact them as well.

  3. Yeah, a discussion about RNG could take about...endless infinity. I mean, I know it might be real on slots in the land based casinos but how real is it on online games? I mean, I have had 50 or more consecutively dead spins...that couldn't be random, right? How about the free spins batches from deposit bonuses casinos gave you? Are those random also? In some cases I won 1 mega win on my first free spin and never got a second big win after that (from 100 free spins).

This is not related to this topic mate

  4. Little Update:

FIrst of all, to get rid of missunderstandings. We are talking about PlaynGo provider here. It is a well known thing among experienced players. No "casino-related" thing. Customer support at different casinos i talked to are also aware of it and have tried to talk with playngo about this. PlaynGo did not answer so far on my request, but lets give them some time before doing any judgement here.

    Best regards.

  5. Agreed...slowing the connection speed isn't a solution at all...it becomes a heartache...which I'm getting all the time!  :p

Yeah, can imagine that. I don't understand why such a popular provider would not change this since everybody who actually recognize it (has a fast connection) will consider to go play other provider's slots.

Lets wait and see whats playngo's statement on this. I'll let you know.

  6. Perhaps this issue is more evident with internet speeds of 40 Mbits per second or faster?

I wouldn't know for sure, but I'm happy to say I don't ever face such issues. My 3G connection isn't that fast, so I'm getting frequent lags and lost connections. There's no telling for me if a spin is going to give a win or not.  :p

Well, my connection is fast indeed, but slowing that down shouldnt be the solution here  :p

  7. Hi gamberls,

I'm somewhat of a experienced gambler and with that being said I allmost felt a bit dumb to discover the following thing just several months ago:

On every PlaynGo Slot (such as famous Book of Dead, Legacy of Egypt, Pimped) you can tell right before the first reel appears, if it will be a winning or a losing spin.

If you dont have any delay (depends on casino - some have casinowise delay anyways - then you can add this up) it will be a winning spin or at least (for example at BoD) you hit the Bonus game. The other way around it means if you do have a delay before the first reel appears (we are talking about 0.1-0.2 seconds here) and this delay is not caused by a connection issue, you will have no wins on that spin. The effect on the gambling experience is huge:

It means for example if you hit 2 books on the first 2 reels in BoD but you had the delay before the first reel, there will be no excitement what so ever for hoping to get the 3rd book or even a win in any way. Same the other way around. Imagine you land a book on reel 1 you didnt had delay and you can see after reel 3 that there is no chance of a winning spin - you allready know on reel 4+5 there will be 2 more books to hit the bonus.

All this takes any excitement (and isnt that the main reason we are gambling?) off the slots of PlaynGo. I also contacted the provider to ask if they have a solution for it and im waiting for the answer and will tell you here.

All this of course doesnt effect your RTP and you still can legit play those slots. But you wont have the excitement of watching and hope as you have it with other providers.

What do you guys think of this? Do you know a way to get around this problem? (quickspin has the same)

I hope i didnt took of the excitement of playing the PlaynGo slots (which are beautiful) for you - some of my friends did knew this long ago and just dealed with it by saying "ok i know if its winning or not but i dont know how much the winning is".

Im looking forward to your opinions!

    Best Regards,

  8. Dunno about you but i struggle to have the patience - though it's free cash! - only managed something like a tenner from all the spins and that was hours of doing them. One time i did a full two days non stop and had something like 600 spins and managed 100 quid but i just couldn't do it...

I know what you mean - i asked could they batch them and they said no. Psychologically you think you're more likely to win with 100 in one go that a series of 6 and 5 spins  ^_^

600 spins are a lot. have you been sleeping that weekend? :) I was quite active too but had like 200 spins i guess

  9. Hey there,

i made a payout at videoslots.com today and i couldnt choose between different bank transfer options. I had good experience with trustly (instant on bank account even weekends and nighttimes) but as I asked the customer support they used "Entercash" to proceed my withdrawal.

So my question to you is:

Does anybody has experience with them?

Do they also proceed transactions on weekends?

How long did it take for you?

Im looking forward to your answers.

    Best regards,

    Obama
